Gill works across the international brand landscape, heading up leadership teams in campaign and brand transformation projects, unlocking potential and audiences. She delivered world firsts for entertainment brands, generated insights that produced Drapers Awards in customer service within fashion and accelerated digital engagement strategies for start-ups, high street retailers and global super brands.
Her experience across all consumer touch points from new product development, and range planning, retail marketing, PR and creative communications, brand and digital marketing supports and informs the customer-centric approach presently in demand by companies requiring innovative guidance. As newest member of the IFAB advisory board she is currently counselling IFAB members at the interface between existing unrealised potential and their future commercial opportunity.
